ARE THERE SPECIAL TICKETS FOR DISABLED VISITORS OR CARERS?

There aren’t any special tickets for people with disabilities, but carers are allowed for free when accompanying them.

Please email boxoffice@goldcoastoceanfest.co.uk to check availability before booking your tickets. The number of carer passes we offer is limited as we already have commitments with our charity partners.

ARE THERE DISABLED TOILETS?

Yes, there is a larger dedicated accessible portaloo toilet in the arena next to the medical tent plus a council operated public toilet (with full facilities inc. running water) on the Beach road slip way adjacent to the site.

WHAT IS ACCESSIBILITY LIKE?

You shouldn’t have a problem arriving on the roads and pathways. The surface within the festival is grass and has a slight gradient in some places. If the ground is very wet then it may be difficult for wheelchair users as we don’t have any hard walkway mats.

We usually find that wheelchair users like to watch the performances away from the audience towards the side and back or on the accessible deck although access is limited on first come basis. Please note we cannot place wheelchair users at the front of the audience.
