GoldCoast Oceanfest takes place from Friday 19th – Sunday 21st June in Croyde, North Devon.


Friday – 11am – 11pm
Saturday – 11am – 11pm
Sunday – 11am – 8pm


TICKETS ONSALE NOW! Be sure to secure your tickets as soon as possible, as they are available for a LIMITED period only.

There are four types of tickets available. Adult, Children (U18’s), Under 6s and Family tickets, and these are valid for the entire festival. There are NO individual day tickets for individual performances – We ONLY sell weekend festival tickets.


Children 0-5 years need an “Under 6” ticket.

Children 6 to 18 years need a “Child” Ticket in order to attend.

All under 16’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 21 years old and this adult must remain on site throughout the weekend.

Age restrictions apply. Proof of age /ID may be required.

ID accepted onsite:
• Full or provisional photo card driving licence issued by the DVLA
• Passport (photocopies not accepted)


3 days with over 20 bands. Our full 2015 line-up is yet to be confirmed. Full listings will appear as artists and bands are contracted to play

The very backbone of Oceanfest is the dozen or so competitive sports that culminate over the 3 day event, incorporating disciplines and activities such as Skateboarding, Surfing, Beach Volleyball, Beach Soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, Surf Life Saving, Ironman & Diamond Lady events, the Nipper Challenge and Beach Aquathon.

Remember when packing that glass is not allowed at the festival for safety reasons.

Only bring what you can afford to lose.

We would encourage you not to bring anything that would cause unnecessary rubbish.

Clean up after yourself and have a brilliant weekend.


Remember when packing to come to the festival the following things that are not allowed. Your bag may be searched at the entrances.

• Glass – no glass is allowed anywhere onsite for safety reasons
• No alcohol / drinks bottles* / glass bottles or cans can be brought into the arena.
• Illegal substances
• Nitrous Oxide
• Portable Laser Equipment and Pens
• Unauthorised Professional Film or Video Equipment*
• Audio Recorders
• Megaphones and Air Horns
• Spray Cans
• Fireworks or flares
• Chinese or Sky Lanterns
• Barbeques
• Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
• Animals (other than registered guide or hearing dogs)
• Sound systems
• Unofficial tabards or reflective jackets
• Unauthorised items for trading, including any goods using unauthorised event logos
• Large picnics/hampers

*Pocket sized cameras are normally permitted for personal use. Cameras with detachable telephoto lenses will not be allowed through the arena entrances. Professional cameras and video/audio equipment are strictly prohibited. Live video/audio recordings made without the permission of the artiste/promoter are prohibited.

**Only sealed plastic bottles of water 500ml or under and sealed cartons of juice will be permitted into the arena.

All the above items will be confiscated. Anyone resisting confiscation of disallowed items may be evicted.

There are toilets at the east end of the arena. These toilets will be “polyjohn” type toilets. All of these toilet blocks will be cleaned and serviced from top to bottom throughout the weekend. Hand sanitizer is installed at all toilet blocks.

If despite all of the above, you are not happy with the standard of a toilet, please let the nearest member of festival staff or security know.

Disabled toilets are available next to the first aid point in the arena.


GoldCoast Oceanfest is an open air non seated event.


Programmes are available from the merchandise tent in arena.


All public and working enclosed spaces onsite are no smoking, including all tents and marquees onsite. This includes electric cigarettes.

If you do smoke, please use the butt bins to dispose of your cigarette ends.


Bar staff will ask for proof of age whenever a customer appears to be under 23 – so if you think there is a chance you may be asked, best bring some photo ID and get it ready to show as you go to buy your drink.

It is down to you to prove that you are over 18 and you will need to do this before you are able to buy alcohol.

Forms of ID that can be accepted are:

• Passport


There are plenty of outlets on site selling food and drink, ranging from burritos, burgers, pizza, doughnuts, coffee bars, noodles, fish and chips, curry – all foods and foodies are catered for and covering the globe, from Mexico, Chinese and Indian.


Please note that camping is NOT included or offered as part of the ticket price. Where you stay outside of the festival hours of operation is your responsibility. During the festival, availability is at a premium, we suggest you book as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment. We do not condone free, unsupervised or unauthorised camping.
