As we gather momentum toward the summer solstice weekend of 18th - 20th June 2010, GoldCoast Oceanfest will celebrate 12 years as an award winning Surf and Music festival.
The production continues to grow in both stature and reputation, and is led by a passionate and experienced core team of talented individuals with a track record that is second to none in this arena. Tickets go on sale early in the year, so keep your eyes peeled for announcements regarding tickets. Early-bird discounted ticket are in place once again this year, for subscribers and locals alike.
Hugely respected and deeply ensconced on the music and beach sports calendar, the 'Oceanfest' hosts a unique format of events and takes place against the majestic backdrop of North Devons’ Gold Coast. Top international freesports professionals enjoy a chilled ambience amongst the fiercest competition, all this adjacent to a fully licensed oceanside arena hosting a live music stage and big screen showcasing the musical talent of more than 25 live acts over the weekend. A trade village incorporating licensed bars & international cuisine alongside an adrenalin zone, complete with demos, exhibitions, sampling booths, simulators and hospitality suites, add to the eclectic ambience of the event.

"Hello" from Wales !
I wanted to tell you how everyone from Wales had such Great time in Croyde. Both Penybont and Rest Bay thought it was just 'The Best' weekend ever !
We had the Welsh Nipper Championships last weekend and I'm off to the Aberporth Nipper Carnival in West Wales next weekend - it is such a lovely litttle place -call in sonmetime, please.
Dad says we can come back to Croyde again this summer even if it is only for a long weekend
