The arena opens each day at 12 noon, with live music on the main stage from 5:15 pm on Friday until 11 pm. On Saturday we open at 12 noon until 11 pm, and Sunday 12 noon until 8 pm. Please remember when the beach events are over, then from 6 pm onwards the NO RE-ENTRY policy applies - if you are entering the arena for the first time you will not be affected. This is even more important with current circumstances and we would ask you not to put unfair pressure on the Security and Police - when you know the rules in advance!

In order to help reduce delays at the box office/ticket redemption over the weekend, we will be operating a wristband collection desk on Thursday 14th June between 19h00-21h00 at the Oceanfest Area main entrance. At peak times visitors who have collected their wristband (and are not carrying bags) will be able to enter the Oceanfest arena through a NEW expressway rather than queuing at the main entrance. Please note: wristbands can only be issued to those people who are present - you may not collect wristbands on behalf of members of your party who are not present. We would also encourage people to go green by bringing their eTickets on their phones for scanning rather than wasting paper.

Only bring what you can afford to lose. The less you bring better for all. Each bag being brought into the arena will be searched, the more bags the longer it takes EACH DAY - so be kind to your fellow festivalgoers and only bring bags if essential.

Remember when packing to come to the festival the following things that are not allowed. Any bags may be searched at the entrances. Remember when packing that glass is not allowed at the festival for safety reasons.

Please, please do not assume that because you have brought something with you in the past that you will be allowed to bring it this year. Remember this is a fully licensed premises. * Only sealed plastic bottles of water 500ml or under, sealed cartons of juice 500ml or under or EMPTY reusable water bottles will be permitted into the arena. **Pocket-sized cameras are normally permitted for personal use. Cameras with detachable telephoto lenses will not be allowed through the arena entrances. Professional cameras and video/audio equipment are strictly prohibited. Live video/audio recordings made without the permission of the artiste/promoter are prohibited. All the above items not allowed will have to be taken and stored off site bye the person who arrived with it or will be confiscated. Anyone resisting confiscation of disallowed items may be evicted. 2018 will be the last year visitors will be able to bring single-use plastic bottles into Oceanfest.

If you are staying outside of Croyde, please take advantage of the Stagecoach bus services over the weekend on the 21C direct to and from the festival. Immediately after the show buses will leave as soon as they are full. Get on board!

If you are driving to the festival please follow the yellow signs from the A361 North Devon Link Road. There are numerous car parks adjacent to the festival site which are privately operated and hugely supportive of the event. As per last year, there will not be any vehicular departures from the car parks up Moor Lane for at least 20/25 minutes after the show, to ensure the pedestrians may leave in safety and the buses may depart unrestricted. If you are collecting anyone/being collected after the show may we request you do so from the village car park to allow departing pedestrians safe egress.   Our 2018 Sponsors Parkdean Resorts - Get the festival feeling with touring and camping pitches
