As an anti-counterfeit measure tickets are NOT sent out in the post. An eTicket will be sent to the email address you supply when buying your tickets. Just bring your eTicket on your phone to be scanned, or you can print your eTicket and bring it with you.
If you’re buying our discounted family tickets please make sure you select those which are marked FAMILY TICKET.
If you’re buying a family ticket then here’s how it will work for 2024. We’ll send you a single barcode out now (for one of the adult tickets) and the remaining 3x barcodes nearer the time, each of them clearly marked so you know which is for the other adult and which are for your children.
WARNING
– Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing
– The festival uses strobes and strobing effect lighting and AV, which may affect people with photosensitive epilepsy
ABOUT OUR TICKETS
Whether you’re here for your first-ever Oceanfest, or you’re one of our regulars, then welcome. We can’t wait to see you in the bay.
Here’s a quick summary of how buying tickets for our festival works. Please take a moment to read it before you begin buying your tickets (you’ll save yourself a lot of time later) and then click the button below to get your tickets.
- All sales are final. We don’t do refunds, so please don’t ask as it is not comfortable for any of us. We also don’t do tickets for individual performances – as much as you might love the Friday night headliner, you’re buying a ticket to the whole thing not an individual act.
- If you’re under 16 you’ll need to be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or guardian over the age of 21.
- If you’re aged 16 or 17 you should purchase a Child (Under-18) ticket. We appreciate you may have mixed feelings about this but just enjoy the cheaper price while you still can.
- We’re a safe, family festival. Anyone with a Child ticket will be refused access to bar areas and will be searched/observed differently as a minor. Under-18s may also be checked for alcohol consumption before your arrival or at any time whilst at the festival via alcoblow – a simple rapid response instrument that is used simply to determine whether or not a person has any alcohol in their system. Anyone under the influence of drugs may be refused entry or asked to leave the festival at the organisers’ discretion.
- Each adult may only be responsible for a maximum of 4 children/under 18s. After all, you want to have some fun yourself too, right?
- We offer children under 6 years old discounted entry (as part of a family). They still need a valid ticket, but it’s at the reduced price of £10 + booking fee. (You can have a maximum of 2 per family)
- If you are aged between 18 – 23 years then a) congratulations for still being young enough to party hard with very few consequences, and b) we strongly recommend you bring proof of age to guarantee entry to the festival.
- Tickets do not include camping. There are plenty of wonderful campsites as well as canvas-free options here in North Devon, but you will need to sort out separately where you’re sleeping. We can help though – please see our Accommodation page for a list of local providers
- Click for more information on Accessibility & Carers tickets.
- No re-entry to the arena after 6pm. There will be no re-admission after 6pm once the sporting events on the beach have finished for the day. This will only affect those leaving the arena and not people arriving for the first time that day. We’re a family festival and teenagers are our lifeblood. But we have had… occasional issues with younger festivalgoers heading out for a few hours and then trying to come back in the worse for wear, so we prefer it if you stay in the field with us for the evening rather than nip in and out for additional refreshments. It keeps everyone safer.
