CAN I TRADE (NON FOOD) AT OCEANFEST?

We welcome a varied selection of traders from the surf, sk8, jewellery, hardware, fashion and music industries to be involved in the trade village. We try and ensure wherever possible to prevent any conflict between trader goods to allow max return.

All pitches are for the full festival weekend, with prices based on min size of 6m frontage x 5m deep. Our event is on grass and outdoors. We do not provide electricity however do allow generators of the silent, diesel and low emissions type – no petrol generator are allowed on site. Even if you are selling music related items we do not permit heavy PA or car audio systems.

WHAT ABOUT CATERING AT GOLDCOAST OCEANFEST?

We have a number of existing caterers who have already left deposits after last years event to be in for this years event. This means that their category will not be afforded to any new operation for next year. If you wish to be considered or join the waiting list please feel free to submit outlines of your operations using the form below. Remember to include images of your unit with dimensions and sample menus with prices.
